Any successful event starts with a resilient foundation; in order to have a successful event one must plan strategically.
To insure that we are effective and meet the expectations of our clients we take the following steps:
*First and foremost, we always do our homework. Before each collaboration meeting with the client we do our research. This is so we will have a better clearer understanding of the company and brand we will be representing; everything from the company's history, vision, and mission; to the offered product(s)/service(s) and organization message are researched.
*Next we work with you to clearly define event goals, objectives and expectations; this is done to get a clear perspective of how the event will be executed in the clients mind. Again, to reiterate Shimmer E&E wants to meet and if we can exceed your expectations. The following questions are asked:
-What would you like to accomplish?
-What business results do you want to get out of this?
-What are we going to do to get those results?
*Using the information gained from our meeting and our own independent research, we're able to build a tailored strategic marketing program; that's focused on penetrating your target and building your brand.
